Mr. & Mrs. Templeton

When your fans in the back of the house give you a standing ovation, it would be nice if you would turn around after putting your mic's away so that you can SEE THEY ARE GIVING YOU A STANDING OVATION!!!

So I have to settle for telling you on a blog that you did awesome! I think Kristi is now a Journey fan!

A Standing O? How did I miss that? Maybe cause the whole rock star thing isn't my thing, so I was ready to run off the stage. But thank you....it's nice to have 2 fans! :o) And did you enjoy my point to you. Let's call that a shout out!

Journey fan? Still not sure. I did enjoy being in the middle of the song...surrounded by rockin' musicians and listening to my husband kill it.

I don't know if sitting in the lawn will have the same effect. But hey, at least I know the words to one song now! :o)

It was a sweet performance. Jon, Gina and Dana were totally giving you the standing "O" while I sat on my butt sheepishly in the back. Yep. (I admit I'm a wallflower at these things.)

Ditto on the awesome job singing. The band was so tight and the sound was absolutely perfect. I could've sat there for a whole concert from you guys.

As for the Journey thing...it will grow on you. It's like a virus. Those of us who've been infected with it all our lives are carriers. Consider yourself exposed!

Did someone sing Journey?..one of my all time favorites songs is by Journey! "Just a small town girl, living in a lonely world. She took the midnight train going nowhere..." I can totally ruin that song when I am singing it in the car by myself..lol.

That the exact song Sarah. Sorry you missed out on Curtis singing it.

Oops! I apparently can't proof read. That should read "That was the exact song".

Sorry

Wish I could have been there. And since I too loved Journey growing up, I feel the need for a minor correction. I THINK it is "just a small town girl, living in a lonely world, took the midnight train going ANYWHERE..."

Yep...I looked up the lyrics...I was totally off with the whole nowhere thing. Bad singing, confused lyrics.....actually it all sounds the same when I am yelling it...oops I mean singing. :)
